Retail Solution Store & QR registration, coupons/wheel, till validation, segments and automation Store & QR Registration Store & QR Registration manages your retail store's digital customer registration page and the QR points inside the store. A customer scans the code in the window, the fitting room or at the till, fills in a short form, and is added to your customer list. How do I open this screen? From the left menu, go to Bumerang → Retail → Store & QR Registration . The top bar links to every screen in the module: Store page , Copy link , Coupons & Wheel , Reports , Automation , Till , Segments , Texts , Requests , Staff and Studio . 1. Store Settings Store name: the name shown on the page the customer sees. Logo · Colour · Background: edits the visual identity (takes you to the Studio). Languages: the languages the page is offered in — Türkçe, English, Deutsch, Русский, العربية, فارسی . Fields to collect: choose what the form asks for: First name , Last name , Phone , Email , Date of birth , Gender . The more fields you add, the lower the completion rate. Phone plus first name is usually enough; only ask for date of birth if you actually plan to run a birthday campaign. Welcome heading: the heading above the form. Thank-you message: the text shown after the form is submitted. Show the commercial-message (SMS/email) consent box: when enabled, the customer is asked for marketing consent. This consent is required before you can send campaigns. Data-protection text: the disclosure text comes from Portal Language Settings ; it is not written again on this screen. Confirm your changes with Save . 2. QR Points You can define several QR codes inside the store and measure each one's performance separately. To add a point: Type: Window , Entrance , Fitting Room , Aisle / Shelf , Till or General . Label: a name to tell it apart (for example "Cabin 3" ). Location (optional): where it sits in the store. Add saves it. Table columns: TYPE , LABEL , LOCATION , VIEWS (how many times the code was opened) and LINK . Each row carries Copy (puts the link on the clipboard) and QR (downloads the code) buttons. Why separate points? The view counts show which location actually works. If the window QR is never scanned, you need to move it or make it bigger. 3. Collected Records Shows the total number of records and how many of them gave commercial-message consent. The detailed list, the gender/age/date filters and CSV export have moved to the Reports screen — use the See in Reports link to get there. 4. Live preview The page as the customer will see it is shown live on the right. Use Refresh to update it. Related pages: Retail → Coupons & Wheel , Segments , Reports , Store Texts , Retail Studio . Coupons & Wheel Coupons & Wheel lets you create discount coupons redeemed at the till and show a spin-to-win wheel after the registration form. Because you reward completing the form, the completion rate rises noticeably. How do I open this screen? From the left menu, go to Bumerang → Retail → Coupons & Wheel . 1. Coupons When defining a new coupon you fill in: Title: the coupon's name (for example "15% Discount" ). Type: % Discount , ₺ Discount , Gift/Sample or Buy X Pay Y . Value: the percentage or amount, depending on the type. Distribution: how the coupon reaches the customer: After form — given to everyone who completes the registration form. Wheel prize — given only to wheel winners. Manual — you hand it out yourself. Condition: the terms of use (for example "on purchases of 500₺ and over" ). Write it clearly so there is no dispute at the till. End: the coupon's expiry date. Add saves it. The list columns are: TITLE , TYPE , VALUE , DISTRIBUTION , GENERATED/USED and STATUS . Use Edit to change a coupon and the Active switch to pause it without removing it. The GENERATED/USED column shows the campaign's real effect. A coupon generated often but redeemed rarely is either too weak or has a condition that is too demanding. 2. Spin-to-Win Wheel Title: the text shown above the wheel. Daily allowance: how many times a customer may spin per day. Win rate: the wheel's overall winning percentage, set with a slider (for example 70%). Wheel active (appears after the form): publishes the wheel; it opens once the customer submits the form. Segments Four fields are defined for each wheel segment: Label: the text on the segment. Colour: the segment's colour. Prize: No prize or one of your defined coupons. If a prize is selected, a coupon code is generated for the winner. Weight: the segment's chance of winning. The greater the weight, the more likely the wheel lands there. Use + Add segment for a new segment and Save Wheel to store your changes. Balancing the wheel: give "no prize" segments too much weight and customers leave disappointed; put a prize on every segment and the campaign cost runs away from you. Weight small prizes heavily and the big prize lightly. Related pages: Retail → Till / Coupon Validation (where the coupon is redeemed), Store & QR Registration , Retail Reports . Till / Coupon Validation Till / Coupon Validation is the screen where you check whether a customer's coupon code is valid and then redeem it . The cashier keeps this screen open. How do I open this screen? From the left menu, go to Bumerang → Retail → Till / Validate Coupon . Headline figures X redeemed today: coupons redeemed at the till during the day. X open coupons: coupons generated but not yet redeemed. Report: opens the detailed coupon report. The validation flow Type the code into the Coupon code field, or scan it with a barcode reader. Press Check . The screen shows whether the coupon is valid, its type and its condition. If it is valid, apply the discount at the till . Then press Redeem . Codes are single-use. Once redeemed, the same code is never valid again. So apply the discount first, then press Redeem — doing it the other way round wastes the coupon if the sale is cancelled. Common situations Code not found: it may have been typed incorrectly; check the code on the customer's screen again. Coupon expired: the coupon's End date has passed (you can see it on the Coupons & Wheel screen). Already used: the code has been processed at the till before. Condition not met: the basket total does not meet the coupon's condition. Related pages: Retail → Coupons & Wheel (defining coupons), Retail Reports , Analytics and Reports → Audit Log ( coupon_check / coupon_redeem ). Retail Request Monitor The Retail Request Monitor shows live customer requests raised inside the store. When a customer scans the code in a fitting room or an aisle and asks "do you have this in a 42?", the request lands here. How do I open this screen? From the left menu, go to Bumerang → Retail → Request Monitor . The heading shows the store name and the number of open requests (for example "1 open" ). What a request card shows Request type — for example Size/Stock Enquiry . Time — when the request arrived. Point — the QR point it came from (for example Cabin 3 ). This line tells staff where to go. Product detail — for example Size: L · Colour: Black . Customer note — the free text the customer wrote (for example "do you have a 42" ). Action buttons Take: claims the request, so two people do not run for the same one. Cancel: closes the request — used when the customer has moved on or the request is a duplicate. Keep the screen open: requests land here in real time. Leaving it open on the floor supervisor's tablet or the till computer is what stops a customer waiting in a fitting room for several minutes. Defining request points: which cabins and aisles can raise a request is set in the QR Points section of the Retail → Store & QR Registration screen. Related pages: Retail → Store & QR Registration , Retail → Automation , Bumerang → Staff . Segments Smart Segments groups your store customers automatically using RFM analysis and lets you send an SMS to each group in one click. Instead of working out who should receive what and when, you send the offer that suits the group the system has identified. How do I open this screen? From the left menu, go to Bumerang → Retail → Segments . 1. The segments Customers are split into six groups by visit frequency and recency. Each card shows the customer count, the definition of the group and the recommended action: Champions: frequent visitors with a recent visit — your most valuable customers. Recommended: crown the relationship with a VIP thank-you or a special reward. Loyal: regular visitors. Recommended: strengthen the bond with a surprise discount. New: customers you have just met. Recommended: welcome message plus a second-visit coupon. At risk: used to come often, now drifting away. Recommended: win them back immediately with an attractive offer. This group can still be saved if you act in time. Dormant: has not been in for a while. Recommended: a reminder plus a discount. Lost: gone for a long time. Recommended: a strong win-back campaign. The Send SMS (N) button under each card starts a send to the N customers in that segment. 2. SMS to a segment Pressing the send button opens the message dialog: Message: write the text to send. Send starts the delivery; Cancel closes the dialog. Consent is required: messages only go to customers who gave commercial-message consent, so the number on the segment card and the number in the list can differ. You enable the consent box on the Store & QR Registration screen. 3. Customers table Use the selector at the top to filter the list by segment: All , Champions , Loyal , New , At risk , Dormant , Lost (each with its customer count). Table columns: CUSTOMER: the customer's name (masked for data protection). PHONE: the phone number (masked). VISITS: total number of visits. LAST VISIT: when they last came (for example "48 days ago" ). SEGMENT: which group they fall into. CONSENT: whether they gave commercial-message consent. Retail Reports Retail Reports shows all the data collected by the store module on one screen : how many registrations came in, which QR point is working, how many wheel prizes were handed out, whether the coupons were redeemed. The detailed customer list and CSV export live here too. How do I open this screen? From the left menu, go to Bumerang → Retail → Reports . 1. Summary figures Total records: customer records collected, with this month's and today's counts underneath. Last 7 days: new registrations this week. Wheel spins: how many times the wheel was spun and what share won a prize. Prizes won: the number of prizes the wheel produced. Coupons generated: how many coupons were created and what share was redeemed. This is the number that measures the campaign's real effect — high generation with low redemption means a weak offer. Loyalty members: the number of members and how many returned. Open requests: pending and total requests. Active QR points: the number of aisle / cabin / entrance points. 2. Charts Last 30 days: daily registrations — how registration flow moves day by day. Gender split — the profile of your customer base. Hourly density (registration time) — what time of day registrations happen. Use it for staff planning and campaign timing. Wheel prize distribution — which prize came up how often. This is how you verify that your wheel weights behave as intended. Registration source (QR point type) — which point registrations come from. Window or fitting room? The answer is here. Consent & coupon usage — the marketing-consent rate and the coupon redemption rate. Most loyal customers — your most frequent visitors, with CUSTOMER , PHONE and VISITS columns. 3. Collected Records and filters Filter the detailed customer list with: Gender: All / Female / Male / Other. Age ≥ and Age ≤: the age range. Start / End: the date range. Source: the QR point type the record came from. Consent: commercial-message consent — All , Consented or No . Filter applies your selection; Clear resets it. Table columns: NAME , PHONE , E-MAIL , GENDER , AGE , SOURCE , CONSENT , DATE . Personal data is masked for data-protection reasons. 4. Export CSV (filtered): downloads the records matching the current filter as CSV. Download records: downloads all records. Data-protection responsibility: the downloaded file contains unmasked personal data. Mind your obligations as data controller when you share, store and delete it. Related pages: Retail → Store & QR Registration , Segments , Coupons & Wheel , Automation . Automation Retail Automation is the rule engine that sends automatic SMS, coupons and campaigns when data is collected . You set it up once and the system then acts on its own — on a birthday, on a wheel prize, or when a customer drifts away. How do I open this screen? From the left menu, go to Bumerang → Retail → Automation . The sent and scheduled counts appear at the top. How it works Real-time triggers (new registration, wheel) fire immediately ; birthday and win-back rules run automatically every day . Messages enter a queue and leave through the existing delivery engine. They are rescheduled around quiet hours and never sent to people without consent. New rule 1. Definition and trigger Rule name: a name identifying the rule. Trigger: when the rule fires: New registration — when a guest submits the form. Won a wheel prize — when the spin-to-win produces a prize. Did not win on the wheel — when the wheel lands on "try again" (a consolation message). Loyalty visit threshold — when a certain visit count is reached. Birthday — on the member's birthday (automatic/daily). Win-back — to members who have not visited in a long time (automatic/daily). 2. Audience conditions Gender: All / Female / Male. Language: the customer's language. Min. visits: the minimum number of visits required. Visit threshold (which visit): for the loyalty trigger, which visit fires the rule. Days without a visit: for the win-back trigger, the inactivity period. 3. Action Action: Send SMS only or Give coupon + send SMS . Coupon to give: which coupon, if one is given (chosen from those defined on the Coupons & Wheel screen). SMS message: the text to send. Link (optional): a survey, campaign or menu link. 4. Timing and limits Delay (min): how many minutes after the trigger the message goes out. A few minutes' delay on a new registration means the message arrives while the customer is still in the store. Frequency (days): how often at most this rule may apply to the same customer. Always set this so you do not overwhelm people. Quiet start / Quiet end: the hours during which nothing is sent (overnight, for example). Messages falling in this window are postponed. Send only to those with marketing consent · GDPR/KVKK: blocks sending to customers without consent. We recommend keeping it on. Rule active: publishes or pauses the rule. Save Rule stores it; Cancel closes the form. Rules and Recent activity Defined rules appear in the list above; with none defined it reads "No rules yet." The Recent activity table shows what has been sent, with RULE , PHONE , STATUS and TIME columns. Related pages: Retail → Segments , Coupons & Wheel , Retail Reports , Settings → SMS Settings . Store Texts Store Texts is where you edit every piece of text the customer sees, per language . From the form labels to the wheel messages, from the thank-you text to the fitting-room call prompts — it is all here. How do I open this screen? From the left menu, go to Bumerang → Retail → Store Texts . Switch language with the Türkçe / English tabs at the top and write the texts separately for each. Which languages appear depends on the Languages selection on the Store & QR Registration screen. An empty field falls back to the grey default text. So you do not have to fill everything in — write only what you want to change. 1. Welcome Welcome heading: the heading at the top of the page. Subtext: the description beneath the heading. 2. Form The field labels on the registration form: First name label , Last name label , Phone label , Email label , Date of birth label , Gender label . Consent (campaign) text: the text shown beside the commercial-message checkbox. Write it clearly — the customer knowing what they consent to is both a legal requirement and the thing that prevents complaints later. Sign-up button: the label on the submit button. 3. Thank you Thank-you heading and Thank-you message: the texts on the screen shown after the form is submitted. 4. Wheel & Coupon Spin button: the label on the button that spins the wheel. "You won" heading: the heading shown when a prize comes up. "Your coupon code": the label above the code. "Show at the till": the text telling the customer where to use the code. Losing message: the consolation text shown when no prize comes up. A sentence that keeps the customer in the store earns its place here. Download coupon button: the label on the save-coupon button. 5. Aisle / Fitting room Call button and Call subtext: the button the customer uses to call staff, and its description. Called heading and Called message: the confirmation screen shown after the request is sent. Ask about stock button: the label on the size/stock enquiry button. Confirm your changes with Save Texts . Colour & Theme Primary colour: the colour used for buttons and accents. Enter your brand colour with the picker. Background: ☀ Light or 🌙 Dark . If your store lighting is dim, the dark theme is easier to read on screen. Font: Classic , Modern , Elegant (serif) or Plain . Corner rounding: Slightly rounded , Medium or Very rounded . Sets the corners of cards and buttons. 2. Logo & Background Logo: add yours with Upload and delete it with Remove . Background image: the page background, managed with the same Upload / Remove buttons. Readability: a busy background image can make the form fields on top of it unreadable. Prefer a plain or blurred image; if in doubt, leave the background empty and rely on the primary colour alone. 3. Live preview Changes appear instantly in the preview on the right — you see the result without saving. The Back to store settings button returns you to the Store & QR Registration screen.
