Useroam Go — Gizlilik Politikası

 Useroam Go, işletmelerin (restoran, kafe, otel) personeli için bir operasyon uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, uygulamanın hangi verileri işlediğini açıklar. 
 Toplanan Veriler 
 Uygulama, işletme tarafından personele verilen telefon numarası ile giriş yapılmasını sağlar. Uygulama içinde yapılan işlemler (sipariş ve talep durum güncellemeleri) işletmenin hesabıyla ilişkili olarak işlenir. Bildirim gönderebilmek için cihazınızın bildirim (push) kimliği saklanır. 
 Verilerin Kullanımı 
 Toplanan veriler yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için kullanılır: personelin siparişleri ve talepleri görmesi, durum güncellemesi yapması ve yeni sipariş/talep bildirimlerini alması. Veriler pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz. 
 Veri Paylaşımı 
 Kişisel verileriniz üçüncü taraflara satılmaz . Veriler yalnızca hizmetin sağlanması için gerekli altyapı sağlayıcılarıyla ve bağlı olduğunuz işletmeyle paylaşılır. 
 Güvenlik 
 Tüm veri aktarımı şifreli bağlantı (HTTPS) üzerinden gerçekleştirilir. 
 Veri Saklama ve Silme 
 Personel hesabı bağlı olduğunuz işletme tarafından yönetilir. Hesabınızın ve ilgili verilerin silinmesini talep etmek için işletmenizle veya aşağıdaki adresle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

 Useroam Go is an operations app for the staff of hospitality businesses (restaurants, cafes, hotels). This policy explains what data the app processes. 
 Data We Collect 
 The app lets staff log in with a phone number issued by the business. Actions taken in the app (order and request status updates) are processed in connection with the business's account. A push notification identifier for your device is stored so we can send notifications. 
 How We Use Data 
 Collected data is used only to operate the app: letting staff view orders and requests, update their status, and receive notifications about new orders/requests. Data is not used for marketing. 
 Data Sharing 
 Your personal data is never sold to third parties. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers necessary to deliver the service and with the business you are associated with. 
 Security 
 All data transmission occurs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). 
 Data Retention and Deletion 
 Your staff account is managed by the business you belong to. To request deletion of your account and related data, contact your business or the address below.
