What is it for?

SMS/WhatsAppWhatsapp Reports givegives youperiod-based the listlists of guests who registeredsigned throughup thewith captivetheir portalphone: who signed up or signed in today, yesterday, this month or in a date range you choose; from which province, district and neighbourhood; by SMS or WhatsApp.WhatsApp.

Use

Before you start

  • The report shows the selected device's guests. Employees on the Excluded Users list are left out.
  • Numbers and tonames exportare yourmasked guestunder list.

Step Fromby step

  1. In the left menu,menu go toopen Analytics and Reports →and click SMS/WhatsAppWhatsapp Reports.

    ChoosingChoose the period

    Presetwith periodthe buttons sitat the top: Today (selected when it opens), Yesterday, This Month, All or Special.

  2. For a specific range press Special. In the Special Report card choose Start Date and End Date (day-month-year). In Filter Type choose what to filter by: Registration Date (first sign-up day) or Last Login (the last day they connected). Press Save; the table refreshes for that range.

  3. Review the table. Search with the box at the top ofright and choose rows per page at the page:top left.

    Table columns

    • USERNAME: the guest's username in the system (usually their phone number).
    • FIRST NAME / LAST NAME: populated if the name field is enabled on the portal.
    • E-MAIL: populated if the email field is enabled on the portal.
    • REGISTRATION DATE: the date and time the guest first registered.
    • PROVINCE / DISTRICT / NEIGHBORHOOD: populated if province/district/neighbourhood selection is enabled on the portal.
    • REGISTRATION TYPE (KAYIT TİPİ): the channel the guest registered through (SMS or WhatsApp).

    If columns come back empty: the corresponding field is set to Hide in the portal settings. Set it to Show or Show and require under Captive Portal → SMS Portal Settings (or WhatsApp Portal); the data starts filling in for guests who register after the change.

    Navigating the list

    The 10 / 25 / 50 / 100 / All selector sets recordsrows per page and total records. No Record if empty.

    Frequently asked questions

    The report is empty.
    No guest signed up in the selected period. Press search boxAll filtersto instantly acrosssee all columns. When there is nothing to show, the table reads "No Record".records.
