Sending Calendar
The Sending Calendar shows, for every campaign and survey in your account, who the next run will reach, how many people, and through which channel. It answers the question "what happens if this runs now?" before anything is sent.
How do I open this screen? From the left menu, go to Bumerang → CAMPAIGN → Sending Calendar.

The top of the page shows when each of the four engines last ran: Campaign SMS, Campaign WhatsApp, Survey SMS, Survey WhatsApp.
1. Campaigns table
Lists every active and paused campaign in your account (for each NAS). Candidate counts are calculated for active campaigns only.
- CAMPAIGN: the campaign's name.
- STATUS: Active or Paused.
- NAS: the device the campaign belongs to.
- TRIGGER: the condition that fires it — Welcome, Nth Visit, Win-back and so on.
- NEXT CANDIDATES (SMS) / (WHATSAPP): how many people the next run will reach. A
—means that channel is not used by this campaign. - TRIGGER WINDOW: the hours during which sending is allowed (for example 10:00-21:00) and its current state (open now / closed now). Paused campaigns read "Paused, no sending".
- SENT TODAY: messages this campaign has sent during the day.
- LAST SEND: when it last sent anything.
If the candidate count is 0: either no guest meets the condition, the opted-in audience is empty, or the trigger window is closed. You can see all three possibilities on the same row.
2. Surveys table
Shows the next estimated candidate count for surveys with SMS/WhatsApp triggers enabled. The columns match the campaign table, with an extra PORTAL column.
Portal surveys are different: they are shown at login and do not use the sending queue, so do not expect a candidate count for them.
