Speed Package Sales
Speed Package Sales (screen title Package Sales) lets you sell faster internet packages to guests. The guest picks a package on the hotel portal or on the exit page that opens after connecting to Wi-Fi; the amount is charged to the room and when the time runs out the guest goes back to the previous speed by itself.
What is it for?
- Gives guests who want to stream or hold video meetings a higher speed for extra revenue.
- Shows orders, payment status and when each package ends in one list.
When do you use it?
- When you want to offer a paid, faster option next to free Wi-Fi.
- To approve package orders waiting at reception.
Before you start
- Your firewall enforces the speed limit. Each package is linked to a RADIUS group whose name must match the speed policy name on the firewall. Create the group first on the Groups screen. Without a group on this device, a yellow warning appears.
- For sales from the portal, guests must be able to verify with room number and surname, which means a PMS must be connected (PMS Integration).
- The portal needs a Wi-Fi Packages block (Portal Design).
Step by step
- Open the screen. In the left menu press Hotel → Speed Package Sales.

- Get to know the screen. At the top are the New Package button and the Sell on the Wi-Fi exit page switch; below are the Packages cards and the Orders table. Without a group you see the yellow warning and a link to Groups.

- Define a package. Press New Package. Enter Package name (for example
Premium Internet), Description, Package label (the short label guests see, for example50 Mbps · 24 hours), Duration (hours), Price (TRY), Order and Target RADIUS group. Leave Show to guest (active) ticked. Press Save.
- Turn on exit page sales (optional). Switch on Sell on the Wi-Fi exit page. After connecting to the internet the guest sees the packages on the exit screen and can buy directly. Turning it on also activates the Wi-Fi exit page automatically. Approve orders. Orders from the portal arrive as Pending approval. Pressing Approve puts the guest into the package group, the order becomes Active and Start and End are filled in. The guest's current connection drops briefly; after reconnecting they continue at the new speed. When the amount is collected press Paid.

Frequently asked questions
I approved it but the guest says the speed didn't change.
Check that the group name matches the firewall speed policy exactly. The guest may need to reconnect to Wi-Fi.
What happens when the time runs out?
A background check runs every few minutes; an expired package becomes Expired and the guest goes back to the previous group.
Can a guest buy the same package twice?
Not while they have an open order; the current order must finish first.
